He has successfully developed, endorsed, and effectively improved the overall performance of a substantial portfolio of commercial properties and developments including Single-Tenant Net-Lease properties, shopping centers, commercial buildings, hotels, and land.

Allan’s established experience in acquisitions, project feasibility, key tenant negotiations, project design & engineering, public approval, financing, construction management, and the successful delivery of completed projects can be seen throughout his career.

In both the private and public sectors, Allan has crafted and implemented policies and programs to increase economic development, create jobs, and expand the tax base of communities.

Mary Ellen has worked in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 1994 and has proven experience in Leasing, Management, Development, Brokerage, and Consulting.

As a servant leader, Mary Ellen has seamlessly contributed to ongoing relationships between public and private agencies over the course of her career. She has been active in community relations, promotion, marketing, public relations, and project management for over 30 years.

Mary Ellen excels as a team leader who can assemble the necessary individuals and lead them through growth and change. She is also a gifted public speaker and has excellent communication skills, which she uses in her promotion of an idea to get buy-in at all levels. Whether it is a company, an organization, a project or an idea, Mary Ellen has the experience and skills to manage complex projects to success.

Caitlin has worked in Commercial Real Estate since 2009 and has experience in Real Estate Development, Project Management, Commercial Leasing, and Real Estate Consulting.

Caitlin has a breadth of experience in real estate development. She has successfully managed site selection, site sales negotiations, site preparation, lease negotiations, and bank financing for several public and private clients. She has proven success in research, analysis, budget management, and project management. Caitlin has extensive experience collaborating and communicating with stakeholders at all levels to drive partnerships, sales, and business growth.

Emily has worked in Commercial Real Estate since 2013 and has acquired expertise in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Investment, Mortgage Brokerage, Real Estate Development, and Corporate Consulting. Over the course of her career, Emily has personally worked with a host of clients across North America, spanning from San Francisco to Boston and from Toronto to Dallas.

Emily is skilled in real estate finance and investment. She has knowledge and experience providing Real Estate Capital Markets financing solutions, including debt and mezzanine financing, preferred and joint venture equity, and investment sales. Emily also has experience in portfolio strategy developing real estate optimization strategies, site selection strategies, organizational planning opportunities, and real estate systems solutions.
